The Volkswagen ID.6 is the ‘big brother’ of the very popular VW ID.4.
The Volkswagen ID.6 Crozz is produced and marketed by Volkswagen in China, from 2021 by the FAW-Volkswagen joint venture. The ID.6 is also known as the ID.6 X. That model has a slightly altered styling and is produced by the SAIC-Volkswagen joint venture, also in China.
As of April 2022, it is the second largest vehicle of the Volkswagen ID. series, and the second largest built on the MEB platform. The minivan ID.Buzz launched in March 2022 and the executive car ID.7 in April 2023.

The 100% electric ID.6 provides 7 seats. On the third row there are 2 seats, which also can be flipped down to provide more loading space. To accommodate the third row, VW has stretched the ID.6 to 4,876 mm (192.0 in), making it nearly 300 mm (11.8 in) longer than the ID.4, with a 2,965 mm (116.7 in) wheelbase supporting its length.
